Q: How many days should I expect to receive my order?
A: If you are located in the Greater Vancouver area, we will deliver your order within 2 business days. For outside of Vancouver, we use FedEx/UPS as our main delivery method, takes about 4-8 business days depends on where you located.
Q: Why is my order still in transit after 8 business days?
A: Sometimes UPS/FedEx might be experiencing service interruptions. Please be patient with us. Every order that shipped from us will have a tracking number. Please check your email for the tracking number and contact UPS/FedEx if necessary.
Q: Can I visit your warehouse in Burnaby?
A: We welcome all customers to visit our warehouse during business hours. We offer a try-before-you-buy service to ensure the products meet your standards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards at the location. There is also a 5% OFF if you purchase directly from our warehouse. No appointments needed! Our address is 5493 Regent St, Unit 202, Burnaby, BC. Simply search "EVACA" on Google Maps to find us. We are open 7 days a week, from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Please check our Google Business Page to confirm the opening hours.
Q: Why does my product does not fit?
A: We check regularly with every new Tesla models and make sure all of our products fit the newest model. But Tesla sometimes upgrades or changes their parts without any notice. If yours does not fit, please contact us first. We offer full refunds with certain conditions. Please see refund & exchange page for more details.
Q: What are the warranties on products?
A: Unless specifically stated, all of our products have a 1-year warranty. Any issue please contact us at info@evaca.ca.
Q: How do I install my product?
A: If you have questions about installation, please contact us at info@evaca.ca, we will send you a corresponding video for your product.
Q: Why are some of the products sold out? How long do I have to wait for restocking?
A: Usually we take about 1 month to restock our sold-out products unless specifically stated. You can also leave your email on the product page if it is out of stock. Once restocked we will send you a notification right away.
Q: What if I live in the USA? Or any country other than Canada?
A: We offer USA-wide free shipping for orders over USD$100. We use FedEx/UPS as our delivery method. This will take 4-10 business days for your order to arrive. For other countries, please contact us at info@evaca.ca for a shipping quote.
